Welcome to www.missmerize.co.uk terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of www.missmerize.co.uk and the selling of our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page. By using www.missmerize.co.uk you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you should not use or access this website. If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact our customer services team before you place an order to info@missmerize.co.uk

  1. DELIVERY GUARANTEED :

    The guarantee only applies to U.K. mainland parcels. Please allow us 2-3 working days for delivery. A first attempted delivery counts as the guaranteed delivery. If items are out of stock, you shall be notified by phone or e-mail. We use a reliable delivery service with full tracking details available. Once we have cleared funds, we will then dispatch your order.

  2. DELIVERY COST :

    All orders will incur a £3.95 within UK surcharge to allow for the cost of delivery. This is the same no matter how large the order is.

    Note: If you do not receive the order within 5 days please inform us via email to sales@missmerize.co.uk.

    Note: We may revoke the guarantee at our discretion.

  3. STOCK AVAILABILITY :

    We always try and ensure that all stock is available when ordered. We have high demands for our goods and sometimes we run out of stocks faster than we expect. To avoid disappointment we advise you to order as soon as possible. At the time of dispatch, if an item(s) is out of stock, we try to contact customer by phone or email, please make sure to provide all contact details at the time of order. In case of wrong contact details provided or getting no response from customer, we reserve the right to cancel out of stock items and send rest of the order.

  4. RETURNS POLICY :

    Customers have cancellation rights of 7 working days starting from day after the goods are delivered. If an item is unsuitable, Please ensure the goods have been returned unworn/unwashed for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately we do not offer exchange at this stage. Refund will be made by card within 28 working days.

  5. MISSMERIZE GUARANTEE :

    If an item is unsuitable then you can send it back for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to offer a refund. Please send the items with the original packaging with the tags on. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we found the item in a non-saleable condition.

  6. Returns

    We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled. If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care via email to sales@missmerize.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

    It is your responsibility, and strongly recommended, to obtain a proof of posting certificate when returning any item(s) to us as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns due to your postal service. Should your returned item(s) go missing during transit, it is your responsibility to contact your delivery service for information or compensation regarding your returned parcel.

    7.1 Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
